Rabbit burgoo and rabbit sausage wrapped with country ham served with spoon bread, sautéed morels, ramps and chow chow

COASTAL: Striped Bass

Spicy slaw, andouille sausage and cheese grits served with soybean, and lump crab “succotash”

FARM TO FORK: Sorghum Braised Pork Shanks

Fresh morel mushrooms and savory herb bread pudding, crispy Vidalia onions, and sautéed fiddlehead ferns

SOUTHERN COMFORT: Fried Green Tomato Sliders

Buttermilk roll, jalapeño pimento cheese, pickled onions and arugula dressed with apple cider vinegar and black pepper aioli
