The Charlotte StrEATs Uncorked event was a sucess! Thank you to all who came and to all who participated! On Wednesday, April 3rd, StrEATs Uncorked highlighted North Carolina’s unique wine regions and regional cuisines.

Eleven North Carolina wineries served up samples while chefs sampled North Carolina cuisines. Guests heard from Charlotte sommelier Brion Cephus as well as Johnson & Wales University’s Sarah Malik.
