- Sell vendor booth spaces in our artisan market.
- Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Work from a combination of provided leads (soft leads) and self-generated prospects.
- Maintain regular communication and reporting with the Charlotte StrEATs team.
- Prepare and send sponsorship/vendor agreements, and ensure they are signed and returned in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records, deal statuses, and communication logs.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure proper invoicing, onboarding, and fulfillment of sponsor/vendor deliverables
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in event sponsorship or vendor sales, preferably in festivals, food/beverage, or lifestyle events.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit goals.
- Knowledge of the Charlotte business and culinary scene is a major plus.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor with a flexible schedule.
